Section 32: MWF 9:30-10:40 a.m.
This class will not meet on Monday March 12 and on Wednesday, April 4.
Each quiz will be worth 10 points. Each examination will be worth 100 points. Each problem set will be worth 50 points. The final examination will be worth 150 points.
Problem Sets
There may be a number of problem sets handed out during the course of the semester. Each problem set will be worth 50 points. Specific policies regarding the completion of problem sets are available elsewhere on this web site.
It is important to note that each set will have a due date. It is permissible to submit completed sets prior to the due date; no sets will be accepted after the due date.

During the first class, students will work on a project involving estimating the speed of an object. This project will not be graded.
Final Examination
Section 31: Wednesday, May 2, 9-11 a.m.
Section 32: Monday, April 30, 9-11 a.m.
The final examination will be comprehensive, covering material from the entire semester.
