Question 3.1   How can I read my mail?

Kevin recommends, and supports kmail which provides a pretty interface for e-mail. Emacs rmail works well also. There is also the unix command mail which is quite good for deleting mail, but little else.

If you need/want to use a foreign e-mail address it is possible to forward your mail to it. It will be covered later.
