Well, you can send e-mail to me, fill in the web page form when I get around to writing it, or ask your neighbor. If questions are asked freqently enough, they may appear in a future version.

Question 7.2   I have an answer to what may or should be a frequently asked question. How can I get the answer included in this document?

Just write it up as a L^ATEXfile, and send it to me. You will be thanked and acknowledged.
