Teaching

I love sharing mathematics with students and learning from their perspectives. It's important to me to present students with opportunities to struggle with challenging (but interesting!) problems and develop their ideas independently and in collaboration with their peers. In working towards these goals, I'm often incorporating non-traditional (i.e. non-lecture-based) teaching into my courses to promote student-led discussion and inquiry.
