• In particular, if you are a CLAS student, you can declare your Math, Applied Math, Math-Stat, Math-Physics, Actuarial Science or Actuarial Science-Finance major by seeing Ms. Rachel D'Antonio, Undergraduate Program Assistant, MSB 106, 860-486-6451, rachel.d'antonio@uconn.edu.
• Whether you are a CLAS student or not, you can declare your major for one in the Math Department by going to the college's Program Plan Change online form.
• Thinking about a Math minor
• Information about the minor in mathematics is posted at http://www.math.uconn.edu/degree-programs/undergraduate/mathematics-minor
• The online form for declaring a minor is posted at http://ppc.uconn.edu
• If you do not want to complete the minor after having declared it online, you will need to contact the Registrar's office (1st floor Wilbur Cross Bldg., registrar@uconn.edu, registrar.uconn.edu, 860-486-3331) to have the minor removed. Please note: a pending incomplete minor will prevent graduation, so if you do not complete a minor, you have to have the registrar remove the minor in order to graduate.
